Please Add $30.00/night extra per guest, this charge includes children of any age,( even infants). There is NO OFFICE FOR CHECK IN. Your name will be on the door, unlocked, w/key in your suite and everything ready for your stay. PLEASE NOTE!!! WE HAVE AN ARTISIAN SPRING FED WELL, WITH NO CHEMICALS, SO THERE IS NO NEED TO BRING ANY WATER!  NOT YOUR ORDINARY "TAP WATER"..IT IS DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY, AND DOESN'T COST YOU ANYTHING!

 We are a "SELF CATERERING"  B&B.  We DO NOT provide breakfast.  You could call us a BED & VIEW, because every window in each of our four  suites offer  you magical views of gardens, wildlife and nature. In the Summer our guest can go to our organic vegtable gardens and orchards and have a treat.  Each suite has a refigerator & micro-wave to keep cool or warm up what ever you want to bring.

  ** RESERVATIONS are secured by sending the  full amount of your reservation, at least  three weeks prior to your stay, time permiting, unless other  arrangement have been made.  CANCELATION  POLICY:  Pemits a  full refund only if 14 days notice is given, minus a $60.00 cancellation fee. There is no refund for early departure.

Out of consideration for our guests, all of our suites are smoke free. Smoking is acceptable outside. Pets may be allowed. on a case by case basis,  please inquire when making reservation. There is a non refundable pet deposit , please inquire re: pets.

CHECK IN TIME is 4:00 on.       CHECK OUT is 11:00.,  unless previous arrangements have been made.
